mousesports welcomes Razer

It didn't even take mousesports four hours to find a replacement for SteelSeries. The new sponsor is another gaming utilities provider, Razer.

Mousesports announced earlier today that they will go separate ways with their now old sponsor SteelSeries. But the waiting for a new sponsor shouldn't be long. Razer fills up SteelSeries place and will provide the organisation and its players with gaming hardware.

According to mousesports website, mousesports and Razer will put their heads together to develop gaming even further, just as mousesports helped out SteelSeries.

I'm still on my MX510 - it's way better than those light Razer mice with buttons that don't even let you lay your hand on the mouse for it's support).

It depends on your way of holding the mouse. My hand is holding it like a "Claw" i don't need the support for my fingers.

I think it's in the other way, my opinion: Razer mice > SS mice Razer pad < SS Pad Razer headsets = SS Headsets, the last Razer headsets (Razer Megalodon) are the best ever. Ok, QPad has made the best headsets ever but its' price is HUGE! and I don't think everybody could afford that. :D

Didn't you forget about Sennheiser? I haven't played on a Qpad headset, but I doubt it's better than Sennheiser's one (even HD201) :)

It's the only headset made by QPad, for around 250 Euros, I think it would be better than Senn HD201 :) more infos about QPad headset here -> www.corporate.qpad.se/modules/news/article.php?storyid=221 more infos about Razer Megalodon here -> www.razerzone.com/p-133-the-razer-megalodon-71-surround-sound-gaming-headset.aspx So I doubt that Senn HD201 is better than these two. :)

I haven't heard about this Qpad headset yet, thx for info. Gotta read something about it. But noone yet tested Megalodon (despite the razer company or I'm wrong?). If so, how do you know it's the best headset ever? :P

because I have a friend that bought one when it has been released in Romania and he's so excited about his headsets + in a romanian online gaming shop it says that it's the best made (I bought my gear and a lot more from them and with their advices now I own a QPad XT-R instead of SteelPad S&S that I had before and I play way much better with QPad XT-R), but now are the QPad headsets :) I've bought SteelSeries 5H v2 exactly 2 or 3 days before Razer Megalodon has been released. I would have bought Razer Megalodon instead of 5H v2 :)

I hope so too. They've been playing on their mousepads/mouses for a long time, it would be so hard to change it now. I doubt Razer will be forcing them to use Razer mousepads/mouses. For example SS is MYM's sponsor and LUq doesn't play with SS mouse so...

Ok, stop argueing what's better SS or Razer! Razer does worse headsets than SS, that's for sure. Razer does better mouses than SS, that's for sure (at least for me, I doubt Ikari optcal or laser could compete with Razer mouses). Both, Razer and SS do very good mousepads. I don't know about keyboards, actually I use a Razer's one, I haven't had any SS. Someone who plays fe. on SS headset says SS>Razer, another one who plays on Razer says Razer>SS. Different tastes, that's it. And I'm sure, most of you guys, that say SS>Razer or SS<Razer haven't even played on Razer/SS products. It doesn't matter in ths case what's better, I suppose they'll have to play only on Razer's headsets.

mainly because it's an individual decesion. Whatever you feel more comfortable with is the better choice. I for example have a Razer Tarantula Keyboard, a SS mousepad, a Logitech MX-510 and a Steelseries Syberia full size headset. That's my perfect setup, but it's defenitely not everybodies first choice. So there is no SS<Razer or vice versa.
