Tricked Esport have announced that they have secured the services of Asger "AcilioN" Larsen and Michael "Friis" Jørgensen.

The Danish team had been scouring the market for a new player since benching Jakob "⁠JUGi⁠" Hansen, who was bought out of his contract by Heroic on Monday after a conflict between the two organisations that lasted two weeks.

Asger "⁠AcilioN⁠" Larsen left Splyce at the end of January, when he expressed his wish to return to Denmark after spending six months in North America. He had been widely expected to join Tricked on a permanent basis after playing for the team in online matches.

Friis and AcilioN reunite on Tricked

Michael "⁠Friis⁠" Jørgensen has spent the last month inactive after being benched by Heroic, a played-owned organisation he had helped to build after the team were released by SK Gaming.

To make way for the former mTw and fnatic member, Tricked haved parted ways with Lasse "⁠maeVe⁠" Elgaard, who had been part of the team since September.

With the two new arrivals, Tricked now have:

Nicolai "⁠HUNDEN⁠" Petersen
Patrick "⁠es3tag⁠" Hansen
Johannes "⁠b0RUP⁠" Borup
Asger "⁠AcilioN⁠" Larsen
Michael "⁠Friis⁠" Jørgensen

I think he is decent IGL but IGLs should have some minimum amount of skill aswell which cannot be told about HUNDEN because he is an absolute shite silver 1 player, any random LEM+ player would rek him in aimmap

I agree 100% I mean look at where Seangares, ex6tenz and Pronax is, from Tier 1 to Tier 4. I think it's inexcusable that Hunden is still in the 4th best team in Denmark. This team might be better than Heroic if they replace Hunden with Pimp or get Rubino.

if we have to name a best 1.6 player, its clearly Neo, but if u wanna go with one of the bests, im totally fine. i dont see him higher (or lower) purely skillwise than the likes of markeloff, zet, mSx, roman, REAL, fnx, cyx, cogu, walle & another dozen of those.

that doesnt mean anything if u call someone "best 1.6 player" which counts for about 10 years of gaming where trace was compared to the likes of neo or forest only a very short amount of time at the top. u could stay in DK alone and find arguabely more achieving and better players over a longer period of time with zonic, mJe or sunde. also karrigan had his moments in the very end of 1.6. he was probebly not even the "best" in the period where trace was on top of his game if u compare his impact/success with the likes from navi with markeloff or edward. trace was surely individually in a group of about 10-20 players historically behind obviously neo and forest.
