SK ease past Virtus.pro

SK Gaming have maintained their undefeated record at the SL i-League StarSeries Season 3 finals after easing past Virtus.pro 16-2 on Mirage.

The match began with SK Gaming's successful A execute, with Fernando "⁠fer⁠" Alvarenga bagging a trio of kills. The corresponding anti-ecos went SK's way without too much trouble, and they followed it up with the first gun round to further increase their lead and leave Virtus.pro's players with no money in the bank.

With Virtus.pro struggling to keep up with SK's pace, the Brazilians continued to exert their dominance and eventually hit double digits. Virtus.pro then finally managed to take a round, courtesy of a double spraydown from Filip "⁠NEO⁠" Kubski, but SK did not allow their opponents to gain any momentum and won the final four rounds to take a shocking 14-1 lead.

SK were far too hot for Virtus.pro to handle

The Polish team won the pistol round as Terrorist with an A push thanks to a trio of Janusz "⁠Snax⁠" Pogorzelski kills, but their hopes would soon be crushed as SK hit back on a force-buy before locking down the map.

PotM: In such a one-sided match, it was João "⁠felps⁠" Vasconcellos who shone the most, especially during the early stages of the game. He also led with six opening kills.
