HellRaisers edge out CLG

HellRaisers have defeated CLG (16-11 on Mirage) to secure their second victory at the StarSeries Season 3 Finals.

Martin "⁠STYKO⁠" Styk did the opening kill of the match inside B as HellRaisers picked their T-side pistol round. In the gun round, Bence "⁠DeadFox⁠" Böröcz did the opening kill in an AWP duel against Kenneth "⁠koosta⁠" Suen, opening up the path for his team to remain in control of the game.

Ricardo "⁠Rickeh⁠" Mulholland's squad continued to lose rounds until they were finally able to win one in the ninth round. Although CLG had some opening kills, Patrik "⁠Zero⁠" Žúdel's team continued to overcome the North American side andthey finished first half with a 14-1 lead.

HellRaisers lost ten rounds in a row before closing out the map

As Terrorists, Pujan "⁠FNS⁠" Mehta & co. pushed A to win the pistol and their second round overall. A B-stack by the CIS-based team scared the North Americans in the following round, but CLG still managed to win both anti-ecos.

After losing ten rounds straight, HellRaisers called a tactical pause. It was only then that were finally able to stop CLG's momentum as they got back into the game with an A bombsite retake, closing out the match in the following round.

PotM: Bence "⁠DeadFox⁠" Böröcz is our Player of the Match after contributing in 82% of rounds and having the most opening kills (6) of the game – including the last two in the rounds his team were desperately looking for.

Lan nerves at their highest, cuz HR are usually strong on the T side online. Koosta stronk

The match of the day I would rate. 14 rounds in a row is just great, Hellraisers play on their highest level. So many teams just make so high results "16:2, 16:3 16:4" is really proud.
