Meanwhile, number two team Virtus.pro according to our ranking will come into day four with only one life left after losing their previous encounter with Ninjas in Pyjamas

We can discuss about Columbus, but Cologne was pure dominance... They dropped a single map in the entire tournament, and Cold was puting huge numbers in every game. Coming back to the actual moment, anybody who goes 2-0 will get a hard matchup, as you will probably get one the favourites in the third round, and if you lose, you'd still take on a high level team in the round 4. That's why swiss system is so amazing!

Even not playing their best, SK is the clear #3 right now (maybe #2, since VP seems pretty shaky since Katowice) but if G2 keeps rising like they are doing this week, yes, SK/VP can drop to #4. The scene is not very strong right now... Astralis is the #1, and no one seems to be close to their level. I can't see SK/VP/North/Navi/FaZe taking them in a final.

I don't think this fnatic team even survives if they get eliminated in groups 3 times in a row. They'll disband. This group needs to win to stick together. When is the next LAN they play? Also they not doing good in pro league. This tourney is make or break

I disagree. First match vs HR it was looking close (hr winning vs them and many others last weeks). Then g2 shown their potential, like NiP. Still close. The g2 shown they were really good but next was SK who raped VP. Still close. On the paper their 3 matches were looking close. Indeed it wasn't on real but who could tell that before ?

what !?!?!?! IMMORTALS LUCKY BASTARDS???? immortals smashed to 0-2 loss, then they meet tier5 team to survive to 1-2 win/loss, AND AGAIN LUCKY DRAW??? NOW THEY GOT A TIER5 TEAM AGAIN - mvp.projekt.. immortals should have drawn fnatic and virtus.pro should have played against mvp.projekt... how can SLTV live with this? the 2 baddest teams who was down 0-2 is just alive because of this fucked up draw system??? how can it be like this? if you are down 0-2 you can only play the other bad teams with 0-2??? and now fnatic, virtus.pro, immortals, mvp.projekt, clg and gambit is down 1-2, it should be the 2 teams who was comming fra 0-2 to 1-2 = immortals and mvp who should play against the best teams who was coming fra 1-1 to 1-2. so it will be fnatic vs immortals and mvp.projekt vs virtus.pro.... SLTV have fucked this up, tomorrow is fnatic vs virtus.pro is playing for ultimate survival, the looser is OUT of SLTV??? and WOW immortals vs MVP.projekt... It is so fucking wrong??? virtus.pro should have lost the 2 first matches?? then they got 0-2 loss, and virtus.pro will have meet first 5power and the mvp.projekt. BOOM from 0-2 to 2-2. just because when you are at the bottom of the sltv group, you can only meet tier5 team, (5power, tyloo, mvp.projekt, immortals)? its so fucking wrong... now immortals is gettin a chance to qualifier for playoffs, but the chance is just because of sltv drawn system, immortals could not meet a good team with 2-0 scoreline or 1-1 scoreline??? why ???? noob team should meet noob team??? weeee??? this shit makes no sense

its fine immortals was facing another 0-2 and smashed 5power out of SLTV. but then the big problem is coming. immortals is now 1-2 and just won last match. now immortals should play against fnatic that was coming from 1-1 and lost to 1-2 win/loss

Fnatic's matchups are always really unlucky. They're relatively a new team. But the matchups are against top teams like Astralis, Na'Vi, Gambit and VP

this is why swiss system is soo good, its unpredictable and it doesnt just allow only the same good teams to come out on top which is boring.
