Kinguin sign Hyper

Team Kinguin have announced that they have secured the services of Bartosz "Hyper" Wolny.

The 27-year-old has been out of action since September, when he took over as PRIDE's coach following the disbandment of AGG.

Bartosz "⁠Hyper⁠" Wolny, who will replace Damian "⁠Furlan⁠" Kislowski on the roster, joins Kinguin with the task of revitalising a team who have been in disappointing form since finishing in second place at WESG, back in January.

Hyper will play once again after a coaching stint

The recent victory at the ESL Polish Championship was of little consolation to the team, who have failed to qualify for a series of international events and sit at the bottom of the table in the ESL Pro League.

"Over the last few months we have been struggling, mostly because of the lack of a real ingame leader," Kinguin coach Mariusz "Loord" Cybulski told HLTV.org.

"We tried different players in that role, but it simply was not working out. Eventually, we decided we needed someone new to fill that role and that the best person to do it would be Hyper.

"I believe he is the missing piece. He used to call in his previous teams, also when he was a coach - so the choice was natural.

"The team and I would like to thank Furlan wholeheartedly for his hard work and time he spent with us.

"We are all friends, and the decision to part ways with Damian was awfully difficult. However, we came to a conclusion that we need to make this change if we want to go forward. The whole team is motivated like never before, and we are expecting much better results."

Loord is a fucking coach that can't IGL in-game because of Volvo rule, so he's useless because of it - he can only give them advice on time-outs, breaks or before/after game on trainings etc.

So they had Minise and Innocent, wanted to get Furlan, got Rallen and Furlan, did not improve at all, got rid of the guy who they wanted first for a new player that have a history of arguing with Rallen and is known for overall difficult character. Meanwhile both players that they got rid at first are improving their stats and both can in game lead. That's why there are no tier 1 teams in poland beside VP

They usually start in tier 10 play against other noob teams, then eventually can qualify to national leagues or take part in championships, then if whole team is good they can get some successes if not then its easy to see this 1 who carry them so better teams can try to get him :p idk its never easy to become pro but ppl like Michu for example, he was 18 and everyone knew about him
