ptr joins compLexity, desi becomes free agent

Peter "ptr" Gurney has joined up with compLexity, replacing Derek "desi" Branchen, who was released from the organization.

Peter "⁠ptr⁠" Gurney has been a free agent since parting ways with NRG, where he had played for nearly two years, following the team's disappointing runs at DreamHack Open stops in Valencia and Atlanta.

It didn't take long for him to find his new home, as the AWPer joins up with Complexity, who themselves had mixed results with their previous lineup, most recently placing fourth at Fragadelphia 11 after a loss to Bee's Money Crew featuring Joshua "⁠steel⁠" Nissan.

ptr finds a new home in compLexity

Departing Complexity is Derek "⁠desi⁠" Branchen, who played under the American organization's banner since January, when he replaced Cory "⁠APE⁠" Bate.

The new roster of Complexity looks as follows:

He's primarily a rifler, they picked him up because they saw potential in him and he said he'd try to awp. He's not actually an awper.

They were talking about it at Fragadelphia, and explained that he isn't actually an awper but he was going to try to fill that role for the team. Go look through the VOD's if you like.
