There are 7 spots for the Global Final. 1st of both teams advance directly whereas 2nd of both groups face each other, and 3rd of both groups too for the remaining two spots. Though 4th of both groups will two face each other to grab a spot. 1st x 2 = 2 spots 2nd winner = 1 spot 3rd winner = 1 spot 4th winner = 1 spot Now, honestly, these are 5 spots. How to get from there to 7 is still a mistery to me xD That is, if not 1st x 2 = 2 spots (double elimination playoff) 2nd x 2 = 2 spots (single elimination playoff?) 3rd x 2 = 2 spots (single elimination playoff?) 4th winner = 1 spot (single elimination playoff?) ::)

If that is the case, then wouldn't it be better to finish third or fourth so you would face a worse team and reach the playoffs? Seems kinda strange, but what do I know..

it is simple top 4 from each gropu go to quarter-finals then the losers which will be 4 from 5-8 place i guess will play each other or team1 vs team2 and team3 vs team4 and the losers from this matches will play for the 7th slot

As I remember, SK fnatic MYM mouz has qualified for the Grand final because they have rank top 2 in the prevous events such as LA DUBAI. So there is only 3 to contest for,and the 3 best except these 4 go to the Grand final? Am i right?

No you are not right. SK, fnatic, MYM and mouz just secured the spots for European teams, had e.g. mibr placed second (like in LA) the spot would have gone to an American team.

Esportfrance.com : 1st, 2nd and 3rd from each group are qualified for EM Globals. 7th slot is determined by a game between the two teams that finished 4th. The EM continental's Play-off is a different competition with his own cashprize. 1st team of each group are qualified while 2nd and 3rd have crossed game to determine the semi-finalist. Hope, it's clear despite my awfull english. Feel free to make it more understandable :)
