Giants miss EM3 Continental Finals EU

Earlier this week wNv was reported to miss the Extreme Masters III Global Finals, today another team announce that they will not be coming to Hannover next week.

Fragbite reports that the Swedish team Giants will not be attending the Extreme Masters III Continental Finals Europe, starting on Tuesday. The team will not be going due to the team sponsors not paying for travel and accommodation for the week in Hannover.

Giants was in group B with Alternate, emulate, mousesports, MYM and SK Gaming. Contacted by HLTV.org, ESL reports that a replacement should be announced tomorrow.

Another Swedish team might also be in the danger zone. Blank manager Niklas "Kronquist" Kronquist reported that with the departure of Rasmus "Gux" Ståhl to fnatic earlier this week, the team might not be going to Hannover after all.

yes i think its fun to see atleast 1 finnish team there...but it sad that Giants couldnt be there :(...and i would rather see old ATS.fi i think GP players are immature :)..

lol, these guys live something like 900-1.000km from hannover and dont have enough money to travel... while the americans teams going are 7.200-8.000km far from germany... (the mibr travel SÃO PAULO-SWEDEN-GERMANY is something like 12.000km) #51 no =( #52 mibr won the american qualify, they were the first team to be qualified to the tournament, months ago...
