woxic finishes trial; signs contract with HellRaisers

After being trialed by HellRaisers for a month, Özgür 'woxic' Eker has now become a regular player for the team, the organization has announced.

HellRaisers underwent big changes at the start of August, when two of their long term members departed the active lineup. Martin "⁠STYKO⁠" Styk went on to join MOUZ while Vladyslav "⁠bondik⁠" Nechyporchuk was benched and put on the transfer market.

Replacing them were Özgür "⁠woxic⁠" Eker and Issa "⁠ISSAA⁠" Murad, who previously played in the mix team Gux & Friends. The Turkish player had decent showings as the main AWPer over the past month and earned himself a spot on the team for the long term, signing a contract with HellRaisers.

woxic is now a regular member of HellRaisers

woxic and the team's CEO, Aleksey "xaoc" Kucherov, put out short statements as a part of the announcement:

"I'm very happy to be a part of Hellraisers. I've been working hard to get here and I will continue to work the same way" - Özgür "⁠woxic⁠" Eker

"I'm pleased to inform you that from today on woxic is an official player of HellRaisers. During the time spent on HellRaisers as a stand-in, Özgür has proven himself to be a very promising and talented sniper, who fits our team. I'm sure that with correct training and hard work he'll have a big future!" - Aleksey "xaoc" Kucherov

In the official announcement, ISSAA has been dubbed a stand-in after originally being marked as a trial player, hinting at a new member coming into the roster in the near future.

Issaa will probably get replaced as his status changed from trial to standin as stated above. I also would get bondik back because he was very good in the last few months of HR. Kicking DeadFox would be a bad decision imo. DeadFox is currently IGL and it looks like its working out better than Ange1.

Bondik isn't what they need as a player, he isn't very explosive or aggressive, they need someone like ISSA to open up sites and make plays
