China Top 2017 with ~$100,000
The details about the second edition of China Top have been revealed, with ~$100,000 up for grabs and the likes of Vega Squadron and ViCi in competition.
China Top had its debut tournament in 2016, with fnatic Academy taking the title and ~$73,000 at China Top 2016, besting MVP Project, VG.CyberZen and FIVE in Shenzhen last December.
This year, the tournament will once again feature four teams, but the format has been expanded from a single-elimination BO3 bracket to a double-elimination one.

To fill the team list, the organizers have invited one local squad, ViCi, GoldenMix, who recently won their regional ROG MASTERS 2017 qualifier, DreamHack Masters Malmö attendees BOOT-d[S] and Vega Squadron, who played at the PGL Krakow Major.
The competition will be held on September 29th-October 1st at the Huaqiao International Expo Center in Kunshan, China, with a total of ¥650,000 (~$100,000) up for grabs.
The prize pool will be distributed in the following way:
1. ¥300,000 (~$46,000)
2. ¥200,000 (~$31,000)
3. ¥100,000 (~$15,000)
4. ¥50,000 (~$8,000)
