The newly crowned champions of ESL Pro Series France Millenium will be without their captain at the Extreme Masters III Continental Finals Europe – Steeve "Ozstrik3r" Flavigni unable to attend, Aurélien "dafunk" Guinard will stand-in.
A lot of changes have taken place even before the start whistle at Extreme Masters III Continental Finals Europe. Earlier it was reported of lineups changes at Blank, Evil Geniuses replacing wNv, silver acting as stand-in for n!faculty, WeMade FOX changing two. Now the time has come for the French team Millenium to announce that their captain Steeve "Ozstrik3r" Flavigni is unable to attend the event, due his new job, he will not be able to take the week off, forcing him to forfeit his attendance.
To heal the wound, Millenium pull in Aurélien "dafunk" Guinard to act as stand-in during the event. Aurélien "dafunk" Guinard recently played at both PXL and Re-SO (French LAN events), so will not come in all rusty. It has however weakened Millenium a lot. The team will fight in a group, with likes of mTw, fnatic, n!faculty, XLBet.Mirror and Blank.

I don't know why they are going without their captain ... with the usual line-up they aren't able to go through their group, so with a stand in they won't event win a match :/ Mille at international :s

Look at dafun's awp skill... Besides dafunk is a very good in game leader, especially with a skilled roster as shockwave (YanK ; kwd etc).
IMO he is able to lead in game with skills like sixeR MAJ3R MAHE.

and so ? sixer JER and sofian are playin together since around 2-3 years . man when I see what dafunk is able to do leading a mix at PXL,(winning Millenium) I really do think he's able to lead millenium's bot machine .
and as yanjke said, just take a look to dafunk's skill .
