Tainted Minds and Kings round off Asia Minor team list

After the first six teams to be invited to the Asia Minor were found out yesterday, with the likes of Renegades, TYLOO and The MongolZ being on the list, the last two invites have been revealed today.

Both invited teams hail from the Oceanic region, with Chris "⁠emagine⁠" Rowlands's Kings and Tainted Minds, who recently added Yaman "⁠yam⁠" Ergenekon, getting the invitation.

With all the attending teams now known, it is confirmed that the invite-only event won't feature the recent DreamHack Masters Malmö attendees BOOT-d[S], Australian ESEA S25 winners Grayhound nor anyone from the SEA region, with Recca being the most likely candidate there.

The Asia Minor Championship will feature a Minor-standard $50,000 prize pool, as well as two tickets for the Major qualifier that will be held from January 12-15 in Atlanta.

Due to overlap with the Minor, MVP PK, Kings and The MongolZ won't be attending the ROG MASTERS 2017 APAC qualifiers in Manila Bay, Philippines, leaving the tournament organizer with three spots to fill.
