Heroic replace North in Farmskins WCA Europe Qualifier

Just two days after being announced, North has withdrawn from the European WCA qualifier and will be replaced by their countrymen Heroic.

The Farmskins WCA Europe qualifier is coming to its final stages, where four invited teams including Gambit, BIG and Envy, have joined teams that fought their way through a series of open and closed qualifiers. North was confirmed as one of the invited teams just a few days ago, but the Danes had to pull out due to personal commitments.

Heroic will join the qualifier in the playoff stage

Stepping in will be HEROIC, who Mathias "⁠MSL⁠" Lauridsen and co. defeated last week at the ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier playoffs. Marco "⁠Snappi⁠" Pfeiffer's squad faced another heartbreak just a couple of days ago, as they couldn't advance through the closed qualifier and make the European Minor.

HEROIC will take on AGO in the quarter-final tomorrow, with Envy and Space Soldiers waiting on their side of the bracket as well.

The Farmskins WCA Europe qualifier features a ~$44,000 prize pool and three spots for the World Finals LAN, with Chiefs, Isurus and BOOT-d[S] among the confirmed attendees for the global finals.
