DreamHack reveals Winter qualifier invites

DreamHack has revealed the invite list for the closed qualifiers for the Winter event.

With six spots already filled through invites, the final two places in DreamHack Winter's $100,000 CS:GO tournament will be determined by online qualifiers, held this weekend in Europe and North America.

In both regions, the qualifying process will begin with an open bracket, which will see the top eight teams advance to a closed stage, joining eight invited sites in a single-elimination, best-of-three tournament.

Space Soldiers will compete for a spot at DreamHack Winter

The European qualifier will be headlined by Space Soldiers, the No.19 team in the world and the winner of the recent Europe Minor Championship, and by FlipSid3, who will field loanee Denis "⁠seized⁠" Kostin. In North America, all eyes will be on current No.26 team Luminosity, who will be looking to bounce back from a group stage exit at the Americas Minor.

DreamHack Winter will run from December 1-3 in Jönköping, Sweden, with the likes of Natus Vincere, Gambit and fnatic among the teams invited so far by the event organisers.

Are you seriously that intelligent? Tourney organizers asks org owners before they invite. C9 can't play due to IBP masters, and Big does some important shit as well most likely ;) Besides why to come to tourney you will get rekt at.
