Çağatay "DESPE" Sedef will stand in for Space Soldiers at the WESG EU & CIS Regional Finals as Ahmet "paz" Karahoca will be unable to travel.

Çağatay "⁠DESPE⁠" Sedef, who has been a reserve player for Space Soldiers since May, will be attending a LAN tournament for the first time since he moved to the bench. He has recently played online matches with Space Soldiers, helping his team qualify for ESEA Global Challange and ESL Pro League Relegation while Ahmet "⁠paz⁠" Karahoca was unavailable.

DESPE will return to LAN in Barcelona

The Turkish squad, which has recently won the Europe Minor with paz in the lineup, will be in Group B at the WESG EU & CIS Regional Finals, alongside BIG, Nemiga, Quantum Bellator, and Wololos. The top three teams in the group will secure their places at the WESG 2018 World Finals.

The EU & CIS Regional Finals will be held in Barcelona, Spain from November 23-26. Space Soldiers will attend the tournament in Barcelona with the following lineup:
