Friis out of XLBet.Mirror

The Danish team XLBet.Mirror attended both Extreme Masters III Continental Finals Europe and Global Finals last week – Today they release Michael "Friis" Jørgensen.

The team 5th at the Continental Finals Europe, while placing 9-10th at the Global Finals. The team has now released their AWP-star Michael "Friis" Jørgensen, due to communication-problems with other members on the team.

The organization states following, on the departure of Michael "Friis" Jørgensen:

"It has been a very hard decision for the team, myself and the whole organization, mainly because Michael is obviously a very skilled player -and a good friend of everyone on the team. Nevertheless, the decision was made in consent of the whole team and organization. The main reason that Michael will no longer represent XLBet.Mirror, is that communication between him and the rest of the team, has not been as good as it could have over the recent period. These communication difficulties may have, and have had an impact in the matches against the best teams in the world. Therefore we have to draw consequences of this, and sadly parts ways with Michael."

Changes to reach the top of the world, the team is yet to announced the new fifth but the constant changes within this team, seems to continue.

XLBet.Mirror now consist of:

Martin "trace" Bang
Jack "wazorN" Henriksen
Daniel "anizz" Aniff
Rasmus "FaagaN" Thomsen

Where Michael "Friis" Jørgensen will go to and which player will be joining the team is yet to be announced, but we follow both cases and update you as soon as we know more.

As allways, after a loss they change something. Friis was their best player when it comes to individual skills, stupid decision by the team and organisation.

Doesn't have to be a stupid decision just because he was the most individual skilled, there are so many other parts that have to fit for a team to perform at their top level.

A while ago, there's been communication issues between Trace and Friis, also Friis has been known for being a bit arrogant. So he's a difficult player to play with. Which also makes it justifiable to change the lineup, when it isn't working :)

Almost everyone on the danish topscene, have played with each other. So getting to know a new player, won't be that hard. Especially because they are the former SoA team, who was known as changing lineup every month :)

i think this is very nice move for XLBet.Mirror because Friis is only good at avp. I think he is not enough for professional teams and professional matchs. I don't like his game style, not enough! friis out katulen in ^^ !!

hard to finde a replace (awp) that cann be same lvl as him or higher maybe kk to give a try...stil whit constant lineup change they will acomplish nothing more than roccat/gameplay/crack clan meaning grate games no wins :(
