FaZe defeat SK to move up to second place

FaZe have moved up to second place in the BLAST Pro Series round-robin stage following a 16-8 victory over SK Gaming on Mirage.

The clash between the No.1 and No.2 teams in the world kicked off with FaZe picking up the CT pistol after shutting down an A execution from SK, and following that up with the subsequent anti-ecos.

After prevailing in the first two gun rounds thanks to successful post-plant situations on A, SK got control of the economy and eventually took a 5-3 lead.

rain was the highest rated player of the server and had a 127.4 ADR

After that, however, the game was all about FaZe's near-impenetrable defence as the European mixture regained control of proceedings to close out the first half with a 9-6 lead.

SK got off to a great start in the second half, but FaZe immediately responded with a force-buy win, setting themselves up for a 12-7 lead. Even after getting their economy in order, the Brazilians were helpless to stop the Europeans, who would quickly wrap things up.

Such a wonderful match. Both teams played equally well but coldzera couldn't step up. Still, what a great match. Everyone on Faze were so on point except karrigan lulz. Bo1 is random; Sure, but anyone spectating this match can definitely say that this was not a random result.
