Chiefs bring in Texta
After Joshua "INS" Potter's departure, Chiefs have announced their replacement in the form of ex-Athletico star Matthew "Texta" O'Rourke.
The Australian youngster Matthew "Texta" O'Rourke is regarded as one of the most promising talents in the Oceanic region, boasting an impressive rating of 1.22 this year.
Following a few international appearances at ESEA Season 24 MDL Global Challenge LAN, ROG MASTERS 2017 Asia-Pacific LAN qualifiers under the Dark Sided and Athletico banners, the 16-year-old has been given the opportunity to shine on one of Australia's premier organisations, the Chiefs.

However, he falls into the same category as his new in-game leader Tyler "tucks" Reilly at Chiefs, with both players being previously VAC banned for cheating in 2014. Although they can still compete in DreamHack and ESL tournaments, who have updated their rulings earlier in the year, they are not allowed to participate in any Valve-sponsored events.
The new Chiefs roster will make their debut this weekend at the upcoming CyberGamer Premier League 2017 Championship:
Tyler "tucks" Reilly
Peter "pecks" Nguyen
Alistair "aliStair" Johnston
Liam "malta" Schembri
Matthew "Texta" O'Rourke
We're excited to announce that we've signed Matthew '@Textacs' O'Rourke to the Chiefs #CSGO starting roster!
