Vladyslav "bondik" Nechyporchuk's loan spell at the Chinese team has come to an end.

The 24-year-old Ukranian player joined TYLOO back in September, 2017 on loan from HellRaisers. During his tenure, TYLOO finished second at the Asia Minor and qualified for the ELEAGUE Major 2018. They also finished second at the ROG Masters 2017 and earned $58,800 in cash prizes.

bondik's China journey is over

Despite qualifying for the ELEAGUE Major, TYLOO had to withdraw as Luis "⁠peacemaker⁠" Tadeu, who was the only option as replacement for Hansel "⁠BnTeT⁠" Ferdinand, and the Chinese organization could not come to terms.

Vladyslav "⁠bondik⁠" Nechyporchuk, who has returned to HellRaisers' books, has announced on Twitter that he's looking for new opportunities.

bondik I think has performed exceptionally well (at least compared to how he used to play) since he joined Tyloo. He could have had more motivation to want to play for a team of his nationality so makes sense

Each contract has special conditions, f.e. when bayern wanted to cash out schweinsteiger they offered him smt about 5.7 mil instead of 15 he would get in 4 years So i highly doubt they would have to pay him more than 30% in case of released contract In casual job you usually get equivalent of 2 salaries

In most casual jobs your pay is determined on an hourly or monthly basis - some places without a specific period of times. For most athletes it's completely different, so your comparison rings hollow. In European Football the salary is most often determined with a total amount paid over a certain period. If the employer wants to release someone from their contract, they either have to pay the rest of their contract in one go - or come to an agreement with that said player. This is literally something that almost every professional football agent ensures for their clients during the negotiations of their contracts. Schweinsteiger could've declined the terms that Bayern offered and he would probably end up not playing as much as he wanted for the rest of his contract. He agreed with their terms and moved elsewhere. This also gives the player job security and a stable income so the employer just can't fire him without consequences if anything were to happen. Though there are some footnotes which will release him of his contract without pay - such as doing criminal activities. and your stupid remark about age? not very wise to say - there are plenty at the age of 14 who are smarter than most of us, so it's not really an insult - just a very stupid remark.

So you are telling me that if team decides to cut player off roster, they have to payout him whole contract value? Why not keep him in that case instead? What's the point of releasing players from their contracts if you end up paying them the same EXCEPT their services won't be available anymore? I don't mean to insult you, but this is simple logic as they can't be paid 100% of their contract value

I'm not saying 100% of their contract value - I'm saying the remaining of their contract, as long as the player lives up to the terms and conditions of the said contract. This is to give the player job and income security. Therefor if an elite football club wants to fire a football player they either have to come to an agreement with the player - or pay up the remaining salary of the contract. Or just let him rot on the bench. What's so difficult to understand?

Probably not, F3 doesn't seem to interested in buying players, their specialty is raising new talents, no reason to buy an experienced player. Vega or Na'Vi is most likely, after playing with some of the Na'Vi guys at WESG, they said they enjoyed playing with him, and he performed well. I think they might give him a chance over Edward if he doesn't step up, because lets be real a non IGL player dipping below 0.90 ratings at times is absolutely unacceptably terrible, Bondik isn't a star but he keeps up a consistent performance on any level.

Well HR could release bondik as they with Zero, both good players, I don't think that keeping him makes sense because after all if he stays benched they have to pay him a salary. I don't see bondik playing in HR again.

He was great in FlipSid3 but pretty bad in HR. It was not just his skill but decision making as well. He improved a little bit by the end of his stay in HR before got kicked. Since then he was beasting tho - MVP of WESG and putting really great performances for Tyloo. Would be interesting to see him in one of the CIS teams again (NaVi, Gambit, F3)
