x6tence and AMD end partnership

After over four years of partnership, the Spanish giants x6tence and AMD end a ongoing partnership.

Advanced Micro Devices, better known as AMD has throughout the year ended partnership with several different E-Sport teams such as mTw earlier this year. Now the Spanish team x6tence stands without their backbone AMD.

No official statement has been made but the logo has been removed from the x6tence website. Previously AMD has stated that the drawbacks are due to the global economic situation.

Team x6tence consists of:

Ecuador Jean "wasi" García
Spain Jose "sioK" Rodriguez
Spain David "r1bera" Ribera
Spain Antonio "FlipiN" Rivas
Spain Rafael "FeldmaN" Rodríguez Barroso

This sponsor withdrawal is likely not to be the last due to the economic situation the world is in at this time. We can only hope it will not affect the E-Sport scene too harshly.
