BARBARR, HugoXD sign for Singularity

Singularity have announced that André "BARBARR" Möller and Hugo "HugoXD" Hallgren have joined their team on a permanent basis.

The announcement comes as little surprise after the duo were seen playing for Singularity as stand-ins in the DaddySkins Western League and in the CSesport.com XMAS Cup.

Former Red Reserve and passions member Alfred "⁠RuStY⁠" Karlsson will complete the roster, which he joins on a trial basis.

BARBARR will lead the new Singularity roster

André "⁠BARBARR⁠" Möller had been on the lookout for a new team to represent since leaving Epsilon, with whom he won the 2016 World Cyber Arena and the debut season of the Gfinity Elite Series.

Hugo "⁠HugoXD⁠" Hallgren, 18, represented x6tence during the last four months of 2017, helping the team to reach the semi-finals at the ESL Masters Spain Winter Finals. In November, he attended the FCDB Cup, in Minsk, with passions, averaging a 1.20 rating following good performances against Tricked and AVANGAR.

"Happy to once again be a part of such a talented and ambitious squad," BARBARR said in a statement.

"With hard and smart work I do think that we can be on the top30 at the end of this year.

"Personally, I have found motivation again to climb the ladder and know what it takes. I will do my absolute best to transfer my knowledge to the players at this possibly last season of competitive CSGO for me."

Sad that this might be the last season for BARBARR, he's an experienced and a bit under-rated player that I feel often played in a tier below his actual level. Hoped to see him im GODSENT or Red Reserve. Was never impressed by RustY though when he was in RR, seemed to choke a lot under pressure on LAN. Rest of the players are decent, might be a fun team to watch in a couple of months or so.
