Blank has been a word on the most lips last months. Today niko announce that Blank is no more.

Last news about Blank was that Rasmus "Gux" Ståhl left Blank in favor for Extreme Masters champions fnatic.

Today Niklas "niko" Johansson confirm the rumors that Blank has floated in to history. The reason should be that they could not find a replace for Rasmus "Gux" Ståhl. Niklas "niko" Johansson has not told anything about the future however him and Johan "face" Karlsson are both registered to DreamHack in Gothenburg (Göteborg) under the name Lemondogs.
However you can all spectate Niklas "niko" Johansson at the Ultimate Gaming Tour 1vs1 Finals.

Former Blank players that now are free on the market:

Mattias "Snajdan" Andersen
Jimmy "Jumpy" Berndtsson
Niklas "niko" Johansson

What will happen with the players is just a matter of time!

not really surprised, but very sad of course. It was coming since Gux left. I just hope snajdan won't get lost, because IMO he's the best player of all times. The rest of squad like niko and face are great players too, of course. Let's hope they won't disappear for too long :)

why should i be joking about it? first the supporters are leaving teams.. second high events .. small prizes etc. but i think money is a secondary thing... they play for fun i think so. and not so many events.. teams like blank and another one's destroyed etc.. no supporters etc.. this is all things that could destroy the gaming scene.. i hope to be wrong too. gl hf ex-blank guys :D

On a professional level, you play to win, for sure it's all about having fun, your daily job as to be something you like to do to, and not something because you don't have another option! Still they do play to win, therefore they get the money, sponsors pay the organisation, organisation needs to pay the players therefore they need the prize money also.. The more prize money, the better for all of them! :))
