dignitas change 101 for JungleboY

British team dignitas undergo changes as the team part ways with Kal "101" Meek and bring in Erin "JungleboY" Teucher.

The team was last seen in the Extreme Masters III Main Round, where the team placed fifth in their group. The team should have been in Zaragoza this past weekend to attend KODE5 Spain, but cancelled their participation.

Today the team announce the departure of Kal "101" Meek, as the team replace him with former Team CoolerMaster member Erin "JungleboY" Teucher.

Team captain Alex "AlesKi" Way states:

"I'm sad that Kal is no longer with us after playing with him for 2 and a half years, including a year here at dignitas. It's our first roster change to this team in a year and a half which is practically unheard of in Counter-Strike. Hopefully, this change will bring back some motivation and better results overseas this year. When we started talking about new players Erin's was the first and the only player that fit our demographic perfectly. We're really excited to start playing with him and hopefully start bringing home some huge results!"

dignitas now consist of following five:

Alex "AlesKi" Way
Suffian "Suffz" Arshad
Erin "JungleboY" Teucher
Kurtis "kurt1s" Shore
Mark "Sp|ke" Quigley

The team has not been signed up for any events coming up, but we will make sure to let you in on, which events the team plans to attend in near future.

aggree if you look at performance in extreme masters. i would say 101 was very stable kinda in the middle of the scoreboard sometimes going crazy. while suffz were either going crazy or not hitting anything

well, 101 hasnt actually been around for months.. he moved to france so i seen wat he left on my sk page :XXX havnt spoken to him since!

jungleboy is a spectacular player ... I really want to see dignitas go far ass I hope to see CC go far ... these teams try hard and practice a lot but somehow always manage to fuck up something and come home emptyhanded . I wanna see these teams beat teams like fnatic SK MYM mtw ... gogo GL

He's still living at home with no job or life. Sitting on vent all day everyday playing wow or cs. He was removed as he is the worst in dig.

I guess they made this move only out of lack of motivation. Cause 101 was a really stable tactical player. sp|ke, kurt1s and suffz are all mad aimers and AlesKi is the brains behind the operation. A perfect combination. But JungleboY is like a mini forest so I guess its a good move. Good luck to you 101!
