NiP invited to CS:GO Asia Championships 2018

Ninjas in Pyjamas have been invited to the $300,000 event in Shanghai, the Swedish organization announced on Twitter.

This means Ninjas in Pyjamas are the third team confirmed for the Chinese tournament held by Perfect World and PGL. The official dates for the event have not been revealed yet, but it is expected to take place in June.

After replacing Richard "⁠Xizt⁠" Landström with Dennis "⁠dennis⁠" Edman, the Swedes have only played one offline event with the notable pistol player and finished 5-6th at IEM Katowice 2018.

f0rest will attend his first Chinese event in CS:GO

In the online environment, Ninjas in Pyjamas are currently ranked second in ESL Pro League Season 7 Europe (13-5 record) and third in ECS Season 5 Europe (5-6 record).

Just because I'm a fan of a player who had a lucky tournament means I can't be honest? yeah, the C9 win was a bit of a fluke but every time Tarik joined a team have you noticed they won a big event?He joined OpTic and they won ELeague Season 2 and he joined C9 and look we won a major. At least we had a full roster and not one player from our country carried by 3 guys from a country with next to no scene anymore :)
