ORDER, MVP PK move on to EPL S7 APAC playoffs

The second day at the ESL APAC Finals, live from the ESL studio in Sydney, kicked off with two close best-of-one matches in which the favourites prevailed in the end as MVP PK edged past SCARZ Absolute, while ORDER beat Signature, with Jay "⁠Liazz⁠" Tregillgas raising eyebrows against the Thai side with a 1.51 Rating and 104 ADR.

ORDER topped Group A in Sydney

The winners' match began on Train, where ORDER overturned a five-round half-time deficit thanks to a great CT side display. MVP PK responded on Inferno in what was a one-sided game from the start, but the Australians came through in the end despite a 30-bomb from Hyun-Pyo "⁠XigN⁠" Lee - who was the Koreans' top performer on all three maps and ended the match with a +23 KDD.

Down to the lower bracket, MVP PK went on to face Signature, who had defeated SCARZ Absolute on two maps thanks to great performances from Kritthee "⁠Geniuss⁠" Sawatmuang and Patiphan "⁠CigaretteS⁠" Posri. This time around, it was Phoomphat "⁠qqGOD⁠" Phodjanat doing most of the work for the Thai team, but it was simply not enough to keep MVP PK from taking the series after just two maps.

ORDER and MVP PK will join Tainted Minds and Grayhound, the top two sides from Group B, in the playoffs, with the semi-final match-ups looking as follows:
