We put together a frag movie in remembrance of Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács’s play at IEM Sydney, where he was awarded the MVP medal after his team’s tournament-winning run in Australia.

Ladislav "⁠GuardiaN⁠" Kovács claimed the HLTV.org & betway MVP title after his FaZe beat teams like fnatic, Cloud9, TYLOO, and the red-hot Astralis nail-bitingiting final with two maps running into overtimes and the decider going all the way to thirty rounds. In that final, GuardiaN cemented his MVP candidacy over the likes of Nikola "⁠NiKo⁠" Kovač, Nicolai "⁠device⁠" Reedtz, and Emil "⁠Magisk⁠" Reif.

The Slovakian AWPer had a +1 rating in 16 out of the 17 maps played by his team in Australia, and boasted a 1.22 rating at the end of the event. He was also his team’s top performer in the match against fnatic and in the final against Astralis. Other than that, GuardiaN lead in KDD (+104), AWP kills per round (0.52), and opening kills (72).
