stark replaces ponczek in x-kom
Krzysztof "stark" Lewandrowski returns to x-kom's active roster, replacing Patryk "ponczek" Wites amidst player-organization drama.
The Polish team x-kom recently attended the ESL Polish Championship Spring 2018 LAN Finals, where they ended up fourth out of four teams. The defeat in the third-place decider match against a lower-ranked team PACT saw them fail to earn an ESEA MDL S28 spot.
However, x-kom decided for a change after a smaller national tournament called Meet Point that took place this weekend, on May 19-20, where teams such as PRIDE and Kinguin competed.
The change sees Krzysztof "stark" Lewandrowski unbenched and Patryk "ponczek" Wites removed from the starting lineup, however, it didn't happen without a bit of controversy.

In their official statement, the Polish organization claimed that the change happened because a player was "not able to fully perform to his duties" on May 20th, referring to a "zero-tolerance policy" and a goal of becoming the "most professional team in Poland".
On his own Facebook page, ponczek gave his views of the story and denied the implication that he was under the influence of alcohol which prevented him from performing at his job. The Polish player claims that some other players "had a good time" that evening and that he was scapegoated in this situation, as he was a player with a short-term contract and he declined to sign a paper claiming he broke contractual obligations of sobriety.
In the end, x-kom will use the following roster moving forward:
Karol "tecek" Kapczyński
Krzysztof "Goofy" Górski
Patryk "Patitek" Fabrowski
Daniel "STOMP" Płomiński
Krzysztof "stark" Lewandrowski
