Last match of the day has ended and we sum up what went down during the day.
The day consisted of the group stage plus the quarter-finals. Group stage saw a very interesting group C end with WICKED and Immunity failing to make it to the playoffs, while fnatic and SK Gaming did. The Danes from mTw had a close match against TitaNs from Singapore, who actually played quite decent, but not enough to beat the Danes.
First match in the playoffs should see a huge upset. Alchemists faced WeMade FOX on stage and the Koreans had a home crowd rooting in front of them. Alchemists however sealed first map inferno with impressive 16:3, on the second map WeMade FOX played an outstanding T side on train, which gave them one map victory as well.
Third and all deciding map nuke and Alchemists pull off the upset, advancing in the tournament, while WeMade FOX will be heading back to the practice room.
Evil Geniuses should up against mousesports in their quarter-final, and to say the least, they did not stand many chances. A few rounds on each map inferno(16:5) and dust2(16:3), was all the Evil Geniuses was capable of.
SK Gaming faced TitaNs in a match that looked mostly as a walkover for the Swedes. The Singaporean team however had other plans, and continued their great play from their match against mTw. Winning 11:4 as CT on inferno, things looked very dark for the Swedes, but never say never. Winning the pistol round send SK Gaming in the right direction and they took twelve straight rounds to secure the victory on inferno. TitaNs did not stand many chances on second map, nuke, where SK Gaming took the first half 15:0. The Singaporeans got just 2 rounds (pistol round and second round), before SK Gaming got their one needed round to advance in the tournament.
Last quarter-final of the day was a classic arch rival battle between mTw and fnatic. The two met latest at ESL Pro Series Scandinavia finals, where mTw sealed a 2:0 win and were crowned champions. This match started on inferno, a map where mTw is known to be rock solid. The rock was however cracked wide open, as fnatic put up great T play, and mTw never got too much use of their AWP. fnatic could seal the first half 8:7. Second half was very even and lots of clutch rounds went fnatic’s way. The match should go into overtime, as fnatic won the last round in the ordinary thirty round match. Two overtimes was needed before fnatic nailed a 22:20 win.
Moving on to dust2, fnatic won pistol round as T, mTw took fourth round, which should be one of their only rounds as CT. fnatic played a great T side and mTw never seemed to work out the entry kills nor the retakes. First half going to fnatic 12:3. A lost pistol round as T for mTw, and it all looked like an overall victory for fnatic. The Danes gained a couple of rounds, but it never really got close enough to force overtime.
The Swedes got their revenge from the ESL Pro Series Scandinavia finals and will be advancing to the semi-final.
Four teams left in the tournament, making two semi-finals to be played tomorrow Tuesday. The semi-finals will be played 10:00 local Korean time - 03:00 CET.

I dont know that :D...but i wasnt suprised at all that they did come so far....they were not in a hard group and WeMadeFox isnt really in shape. But they have done it good and i hope they can give SK a hard match.I think Alchemists have great aimers and are a little bit like Giants was before. But i will watch fnatic-mouz ! i hope fnatic owns!

Now the closest winner would be:
Top K/D player: f0rest or GTR
Top K/D team: fnatic
Winner: fnatic
But i think SK gonna win this, and k/d player must be from SK, since they pawned Singapore big time :D You are right #65, but if an Asian wins this, he can be the hottest gamer in the country for some time.
