Ghost have formally confirmed the additions of the remaining Torqued trio in time for ESL One Belo Horizonte.

Ghost have revamped their roster by signing Joshua "⁠steel⁠" Nissan, Matt "⁠Pollo⁠" Wilson, Kenneth "⁠koosta⁠" Suen, and coach James "⁠JamezIRL⁠" Macaulay ahead of ESL Pro League Season 8 and ESL One Belo Horizonte.

The trio had recently parted ways with Braxton "⁠swag⁠" Pierce and Keven "⁠AZK⁠" Lariviere following a group stage exit at DreamHack Tours, and link up with Yassine "⁠Subroza⁠" Taoufik and Matthew "⁠WARDELL⁠" Yu - the remaining members of the Ghost team that finished just one point above the relegation zone in ESL Pro League Season 7.

With the additions, Ghost will compete at ESL One Belo Horizonte as the core members from Torqued topped the North American qualifier for the event, which will run from June 13-17 at the Mineirinho Arena, with $200,000 on the line.

With these additions, Ghost now have:

subroza and marke can actually get pretty turnt on lan. shit this roster might actually be insane. Steel Pollo and Koosta were the only ones fragging out on old torqued, subroza upped his game sense with those cheats a while back, and i thought for the longest that wardell had to be cheating when ghost first started out.

Steel is the only IBP guy on Ghost. It’s very possible that if they ever wanted to qualify for a major in the future, they could just substitute Steel for another IGL or make one of themselves (maybe Pollo?) an IGL and bring in a fragger for the major.

Why do people still put Pollo and JamezIRL on teams. They are terrible players in general. Not even worthy of being in the CS:Go community. And honestly, the same goes for steel.
