To celebrate Nicolai "⁠device⁠" Reedtz's ECS Season 5 Finals MVP award by HLTV.org & betway, we have put together a video with some of the player's best moments in London.

device lifted his first MVP medal of 2018 at the ECS Season 5 Finals after inspiring Astralis to claim the title with a 1.11 rating in their 2-0 victory over Liquid in the grand final.

The Danish AWPer was key for his team throughout the event, raising eyebrows in Astralis' 16-14 victory on Mirage against Liquid (1.72 rating) and in the Train game against FaZe (1.32), in the semi-finals.

device was the MVP at the ECS Season 5 Finals

device led the tournament in terms of rating (1.30), AWP kills (69), opening kills (30), opening kills per round (0.19) and success in opening duels (71.4%). Moreover, he was also in the top five in seven other stats categories, including KDD (+36), damage per round (+85.6) and deaths per round (0.60).

Kind of impressive how unimpressive the shots actually are. Device mostly exceptional at placing himself and predicting opponents movements.

dev1ce rarely has to make a flickshot, a 180° kill or 360° no scope simply because his awareness, his crosshair placement and his knowledge and immense game sense are better than any AWPer. And the fact that he's equally good with the rifle cements the fact that he will be Top 3, maybe Top 1 if Astralis do well in the major. What a great player to watch play CS:GO.

Honestly his highlight frags always look so garbage, which in itself is kind of impressive since his positional play is so on point and he is getting 4k rounds vs the best players in the world doing casual shit.

Yeah, I don't like to watch Device in game, because how "machine"-like his style is. :D But I love how Glaive and Astralis ware able to construct their game around this turret. :D
