luckeRRR signs for fnatic Academy

Fnatic have officially announced the addition of Niels "⁠luckeRRR⁠" Jasiek to their academy squad.

The 22-year-old joins the academy roster on a permanent basis after filling in for the team as a replacement for Hubert "⁠CaNNiE⁠" Ludwig, the only player of the GAMERZ-winning line-up that was not signed by fnatic.

With luckeRRR standing in, fnatic Academy placed top eight in two open qualifiers for the Europe Minor and top four in the second open qualifier for Cross Border Esport (CBE).

luckeRRR is fnatic academy's fifth player

Formerly of WiseWizards and EYES ON U, the German player is mostly known for his two-month trial with BIG, whom he helped to a top-four finish at Play2Live Cryptomasters and to a 9th-12th place at the WESG Finals.

"We are very happy to announce that we finally have a full roster after a successful trial period with luckeRRR," Fnatic CS:GO Team Director Andreas “Samuelsson” Samuelsson told HLTV.org.

"He has a great personality, and he will contribute not only inside the game but, given his experience, outside of the game as well.

"He will play as our main AWPer. The team has already made a lot of progress since they joined our Academy programme. We are looking forward to seeing them prove themselves attending a LAN soon!"

Sorry but this makes no sense for me. An Organisation have an academy team because they want a backup for the main lineup and want to improve young talented players. But luckerrr dont speak swedish and fnatic wont change their communication for a player like him (no front, he has potential). They should take swedish players under contract
