Alchemists vow to improve

Team Alchemists are determined to be even stronger following their impressive campaign in Cheonan.

The Norwegian team was the surprise package at ESWC Masters of Cheonan, defeating WeMade Fox and finishing in a respectable 4th place.

This was Alchemists' first major LAN event and the team is eager to go even further in its next appearance, which will be at Dreamhack Summer.

In an interview conducted by team-aaa.com, Gunnar "zEn" Eng said:

"I think it will be really better for us in two weeks. The Dreamhack will be our first test. I hope we wil make a good result in there, but I can't really say if we can be at this time with the top european teams, for that we need to play harder and stabilise our results. We made a good figure at ESWC but we don't want to blow it out of purpose."

If they stick together for more then +/- a month, maybe we will se another Norwegian team on the top international level(and a swede) I hope so, but i doubt it.

Florenz has left, quite some days ago actually. It is speculated that REAL or thundr will step up as fifth player. But none rly knows without zEn and the rest who the new player actually will be. As we speak aU just beat xlo 16-8 on de_nuke in the quarterfinals of pixelsport (1100 euros in 1st price). And xlo are considered as the second best team in Norway. Sviken was stepping in this match, But he has according to himself retired. personally, Im hoping for REAL, but even thundr would be a great choice as fifth squadplayer.

Have to say REAL is one of my favourite players in Norway, and aU is my favourite team, so seeing them together would be something :) Anyways, can't wait to see them in action on the dreamhack summer event. Hope they reach far internationally. Norway really needs a strong representative.

they dont really need REAL, he is a good player. but they really need something freesh like THUNDR who is a great player. REAl is abit "oldschool" and is everyone's dream to play with, but dont really think he is that serious about CS any longer

#22 real is unbelievable...comes back after source and his team gets second in a major lan tourney, a top 3 player at the lan (forgot what one, maybe WCG last year),that's pretty fu cking good
