3DMAX knock out LeftOut at Europe Minor

3DMAX have eliminated LeftOut at the Europe Minor after beating them 2-1 in the Group A elimination match (16-9 on Dust2, 13-16 on Overpass, and 16-8 on Cache).

LeftOut and 3DMAX squared off to stay alive at the Europe Minor. The Group A elimination match started on Dust2 with the T-sided LeftOut securing the pistol round thanks to Fabien "⁠kioShiMa⁠" Fiey's triple kill.

Adil "⁠ScreaM⁠" Benrlitom & company extended their lead to 3-0 by picking up two anti-ecos but 3DMAX won the first weapon round as Gaëtan "⁠JiNKZ⁠" Jamin got a triple kill. After 3DMAX tied the game at 3-3, LeftOut went on a four-round streak to make it 7-3 but David "⁠Davidp⁠" Prins's team came back to win the first half 8-7.

3DMAX extended their lead to 11-7 after winning the first three rounds in the second half. Even though LeftOut managed to win the first weapon round, 3DMAX didn't let their opponents come back, closing out the map with a 16-9 win.

Audric "⁠JACKZ⁠" Jug was the star of the pistol round on Overpass, getting three opening kills to put his T-sided team 1-0 ahead. Two anti-eco wins and a 2vs3 victory in the first weapon round extended 3DMAX's lead to 4-0. LeftOut got on the scoreboard in the sixth round which they won thanks to double kills by ScreaM & kioShiMa (5-1).

3DMAX won the tenth round during an eco and denied LeftOut the chance to tie the game (6-4). kioShiMa's team ended the half with a five round streak and led 9-6 at halftime. Lucas "⁠Lucky⁠" Chastang got a triple kill in the second half pistol round to win it for 3DMAX who tied the game at 9-9 after securing the anti-eco rounds. LeftOut reclaimed the lead by taking the first weapon round and went on to grind out the 16-13 map victory .

Cache was the decider and 3DMAX kicked it off on the CT-side with the pistol round win. kioShiMa's triple kill gave LeftOut the victory in the first weapon round but 3DMAX's defense proved too strong for LeftOut throughout the rest of the half as Davidp's team led 11-4 at halftime.

3DMAX closed out the map with a 16-8 scoreline and won the series 2-1 to stay alive at the Europe Minor. They will play ENCE in the decider match for a spot in the playoffs.
