AGO to DreamHack Montreal playoffs over Luminosity

AGO have defeated Luminosity (16-11 on Dust2) to advance to the playoffs at DreamHack Open Montreal 2018 in the Group B winners' match.

The second group winners' match began with AGO coming out the brighter of the two sides, claiming the T pistol and the following anti-ecos for a slated 3-0 start. The two sides then went back and forth, with the Brazilians picking up two rounds either side of a round by AGO, but the Poles fired back with three in a row to make it 7-2.

A triple-kill from Gustavo "⁠yel⁠" Knittel sparked life back in the Luminosity's defense before Tomasz "⁠phr⁠" Wójcik and co. picked up the three remaining rounds of the half to secure a 10-5 score at halftime.

TOAO and co. advance to the playoffs in Monteal

The second half saw a flawless pistol come from the Polish side before they secured both anti-ecos for a 13-5 lead. The Brazilians then finally got on the board, and they kept the ball rolling, cutting the deficit to 10-13. A 1v2 clutch from Grzegorz "⁠SZPERO⁠" Dziamałek then earned AGO their 14th of the game, eventually paving the way for the team to hit match point.

Luminosity would not go down without a fight, and fought back to keep their hopes alive with one more on the board, but AGO quickly shut the door to secure a 16-11 map victory and earn a ticket to the playoffs in Montreal.

they cant qualify for major since 1 year, so they are not vp, theyy will never beat them in their acchivemnnts, never ever, they are just solid tier 3 team, wo future foor major wining or some other big event.

He said they have achievements not that they r good. All our teams are trash now and have no chance on winning anything meaningful. So have some respect to players who did it.
