Tainted Minds part ways with yam and BURNRUOk; acquire Sico and ap0c

Tainted Minds have announced the departures of Yaman "⁠yam⁠" Ergenekon and Callum "⁠BURNRUOk⁠" Henderson, while Simon "⁠Sico⁠" Williams and Mike "⁠ap0c⁠" Aliferis have been added to the active lineup.

Following the transfer of Joshua "⁠INS⁠" Potter to ORDER yesterday, Tainted Minds have revealed the removals of AWPer yam and entry fragger BURNRUOk from the starting roster.

The 29-year-old veteran has been a part of the squad for almost a year, bringing his share of experience from Renegades as "one of the leadership figures within the team including a brief stint as an in-game leader".

yam is interested in relocating to Europe to compete

With a 1.18 rating against domestic competition this year, the player "expressed interest in relocating to Europe in order to continue to pursue his dream of competing at the highest level globally". The Australian organization will waive his contract to any European team that decides to bring in him, without any cost involved.

On the other hand, BURNRUOk struggled to perform consistently in the team compared to his time on Immunity and Grayhound. The organisation is currently seeking offers for his transfer.

With three members out, Tainted Minds later confirmed the additions of Sico and ap0c. The New Zealander will become the team's primary AWPer as part of a trade deal with ORDER to capture INS.

Despite leading Chiefs to their recent success in the past five months, ap0c decided to reunite with his former Winterfox crew, due to "a difference in team direction as a reason" for his transfer to Tainted Minds. The 31-year-old commented there was "unfinished business" and his main goal is to qualify for the next Major.

With one more gap to fill up, Tainted Minds have changed to a New Zealand-majority roster now:

maybe sico wanted to go to TM? Order stopped being as dominant as they were earlier this yea/time as "Kings". I would put them like 4th behind GH, chiefs and TM(very close) recently, lackluster considering how stacked their lineup was

DIzzy has been "sick" for like 4 years now and still holds his own, he has just been unlucky with teams (disbanding after like 1 season, getting left out of shuffles,banned from CG for like a season after all the Ferox shit, the former legacy lineup imploding, etc) really hope what he has currently with chiefs (again) continues, although this iteration hasn't been stable either.

xcurrate has been a lot more consistant and impactful with an awp against top teams recently... Niftys igling isnt worth much....bntet is probably better considering he manages with a team that barely understand eachother
