GeT_RiGhT tops DH stats

As expected, Lemondogs' Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund topped Dreamhack Summer's fragging charts.

The fnatic star, who played for Lemondogs at the event as a stand-in along with team-mate Rasmus "Gux" Stahl, enjoyed an impressive +79 frag difference to secure the tournament's best killing ratio - 1.62 kills per death.

Alesund is followed by face and allen with respectable 1.48 and 1.45 K/D ratios.

The AK-47 was the weapon that registered the biggest number of kills (40%), followed by the M4A1 (30%) and CT's default pistol, the USP (9%).

Lemondogs were the team with the best K/D ratio (1.44), while SK Gaming is second with 1.24 and DTS third at 1.14.

There were a total of seven aces during the event, each one of them made by a different player.

The Player of the year award is mostly judged after how well you perform at the top events, fragwise. Otherwise its impossible to judge cause everyone has their own opinion. They follow a statistic a statistic that shows GeT_RiGhT has dominated this year so far. But no doubt, f0rest has no equal. What he does with a usp many players cant do with a freakin gun. All the while when GeT_RiGhT can be very even player and playing very well, when f0rest is on a roll he can go and overtake a bombsite all by himself.

There is a lot of players with incredible individual skill that can`t show their best because their country doesn`t provide other players with the same calibre. markeloff is one example, you can add REAL, frod and FYRR73 (FYRR73 is imo one of the best talents in sweden atm) and you`ll have plenty of examples to back up this statement :D

tbh allen was imo the player of dreamhack summer 09. Yes GeT_RiGhT had the best KPD but allen killed most however died more aswell. Its not difficult to get such a good KPD for GT considering his entire team was top7 on the KPD list as for allen he had to do all the fragging himself. which isnt easy when you think about it. However player of the year -> GeT_RiGhT. dont yall forget about f0rest though, GT will be given the Player of the year award but he will never be able to match f0rest's skill when hes on a roll.
