HLTV Confirmed guest profile: HUNDEN

Nicolai "⁠HUNDEN⁠" Petersen will join the panel for the 14th episode of HLTV Confirmed, so tune into our Twitch channel at 20:00 tonight to watch an interview with the seasoned Danish in-game leader.

The 27-year-old veteran has become famous for bringing up younger players in the Danish scene, as current stars like Astralis' caller Lukas "⁠gla1ve⁠" Rossander and OpTic's Kristian "⁠k0nfig⁠" Wienecke and Jakob "⁠JUGi⁠" Hansen all played under his leadership over the years.

After becoming irritated "on an extreme level" with Danish CS, HUNDEN decided to explore the German scene by signing with ALTERNATE aTTaX, whom he has led since September of 2017.

The 27-year-old later revealed that part of his problem with the Danish scene was that the players he brought up would quickly get bought out by bigger organisations, as it would happen with k0nfig getting picked up by SK after the duo left the organisation to create undefined in 2016 and gla1ve and Patrick "⁠es3tag⁠" Hansen signing with HEROIC after doing well under his leadership.

HUNDEN would continue developing young players in his new home in ALTERNATE aTTaX, most notably leading the team to victory at the ESL Meisterschaft Winter 2017 in December last year and the 99Damage League Season 9 in August 2018.
