astralis leave Hardwire

The former Crack Clan team have decided to return to astralis just 48 hours after joining Hardwire.

The Finnish team announced on Tuesday they had decided to team up with Swedish-based organisation Hardwire, who would provide the support the players had long been looking for.

However, they have now decided to part company with Hardwire, allegedly because of the organisation's failure to fulfill the terms of the agreement.

"What went wrong with hardwire is that copyR [Hardwire leader] sent us a contract we were ready to sign, he had promised us to pay everything and in the end, he did not pay anything at all," astralis manager Sune "crZy" Hansen told HLTV.org

"He just came up with a bunch of excuses and reasons for not paying."

astralis are now looking for an organisation to support the team less than a month before the start of GameGune in Spain.

Hansen says the team are currently in dialogue with one organisation, which may prove to be their last chance to attend the Spanish event.

astralis' team look as follows:

Finland Juuso "contE" Sajakoski
Finland Samu "plastE" Aalto
Finland Max "ruuit" Aspe
Finland Jirka "jigetuS" Ryhti
Finland Atte "VIDI" Hyväkkä

i wonder how the **** you managed to get tricked by copyR in the first place. YOU who's trying to act like a manager for these guys, fails with seeing through one easy bluff like this and instead just make your players look really desperate. i dont like attacking people but this was just embarassing and most people already knew that exactly this scenario would occur from the very moment of the announcement of you being hardwire's cs-team.

seeing a 8 sided contract, various pictures of netbanking. trust me, we had our doubts. we agreed to try and see if he actually could pay our trip, even if it was with sverok money. calling me a 'bad' manager in other words, isnt fair i think :). im trying to help them, we got in a trap by a ****

We were talking with them aswell all the way back when we first started our team and the only thing he had to show for for contract was a one page thing full of grammar mistakes and no legal validity what so ever. I then showed him what an actual contract looks like and I'd suppose that's what you got to see aswell altered to his own use :). It's just common sense in esports to be 150% skeptic about anything you see - especially from someone you've never heard of before and who has never had a team before. But shit happens and life goes on.

True that is. maybe he copied your contract and used it. this was 8 sides in word. ofcourse we were sceptic all the way, but what were there to loose? we could only gain a possible paid trip to gamegune. Since he allready did send various mixteams to events in sweden, perhaps he did have some money from sverok. but afterall it turned out he didnt. doesnt make me give up at all though. not even close :)

A contract is a contract. Breaking a signed contract without paying yourself out of it, is against the law as far as i know...

Yes, but there's a difference between a signed contract and a not-signed contract.

Look, bro, the thing with contracts is if one side doesn't fulfill the terms of agreement, like in this case "Hardwire", the deal is off. Simple as that.

What does this have to do with Finland? It isn't their fault that there aren't an unlimited amount of organisations that have money in esports. Finnish players have now been in hoorai that didn't live up to their promises, roccat for 2 years in a row and then gameplay that had to disband due to the economical situation taking away their finances. Sure the lineups have changed some of their players quite frequently compared to other teams but this has nothing to do with lineup changes.

This copyR guy must have an enjoyable life leading an "organisation" that holds cups and doesn't give away the prizes promised and now recruits teams with empty promises. Too bad for the team, hopefully they will find someone trustworthy

Yeah I read the story, but I am in dilemma why are not they ever able to find a stable organization. Such frequent changes is the main culprit in low performance of such skillful players.

It´s hard to find an organisation for a finnish team because there aren´t many local tournaments so they have to travel to other countries and that´s too expensive.
