Astralis beat MIBR at BLAST Pro Series

Astralis have beaten MIBR 16-7 on Inferno to remain undefeated at BLAST Pro Series Lisbon.

The round four game between Astralis and MIBR was on Inferno where Marcelo "⁠coldzera⁠" David and Jake "⁠Stewie2K⁠" Yip won the pistol round for their CT-sided team with double kills. Astralis' force buy in the second round didn't work and MIBR went on to extend their lead to 6-0.

Peter "⁠dupreeh⁠" Rasmussen and Andreas "⁠Xyp9x⁠" Højsleth found opening kills with their CZs in the seventh round, which the Danes won thanks to Emil "⁠Magisk⁠" Reif's triple kill with an AUG that he picked up. Nicolai "⁠device⁠" Reedtz & company also secured seven of the following eight rounds to lead 8-7 at halftime.

Astralis won all four of their games so far

dupreeh's kills opened and concluded the second pistol (9-7). Astralis successfully defended the A-bombsite against a fully equipped MIBR in the fourth round of the half as dupreeh picked up a triple kill (12-7).

device's AWP double kill in the next weapon round made it 14-7. The Danish team wreaked havoc on Banana to get to 15 rounds and closed out the game 16-7. This victory came after Astralis lost the first six rounds and went on a 16-1 streak to remain undefeated in Lisbon.
