Kap3r to stay with AGO

AGO have signed Kacper "⁠kaper⁠" Słoma from Kinguin on a permanent basis, it has been announced.

The 23-year-old has signed a permanent deal with AGO after impressing during his two-month loan with the team as a replacement for Mateusz "⁠TOAO⁠" Zawistowski.

kaper led AGO to a third-fourth place at Toyota Master Bangkok and to a first place at the Polish Esport League Season 4 Finals, but he could not prevent the team from dropping to ESEA MDL as they finished in fourth place at the ESL Pro League Relegation tournament.

Kap3r has earned a permanent move to AGO

In a statement, team coach Mikołaj "⁠miNirox⁠" Michałków heaped praise on kaper, whom he expects to become "one of the best players" in Poland in the near future.

"We needed a breath of fresh air in the team," miNirox explains. "Kap3r brings many new ideas and aggressive gameplay, which is why we missed.

"Despite the fact that he does not have much team experience, he wants to make up for his flaws.

"He is already working hard in this direction, and, if he continues to do so in the coming months, he will become one of the best players in the country."

AGO, who qualified for the WESG 2018 Finals earlier on Tuesday after beating Virtus.pro in a two-map series, currently sit in ninth place in the United Masters League, with a 2-4-1 record.
