Copenhagen Games returns with ~$100,000 prize pool in 2019

Denmark's resident tournament returns in 2019, featuring nearly $100,000 in prize money for the main event.

Copenhagen Games returns in 2019, taking place Wednesday, April 17 - Saturday, April 20. The event will be constituted of multiple tournaments, namely the Main, B, C and Female components. The main tournament will feature DKK650,000 (~$100,000), B will feature DKK20,000 (~$3,000), C will have hardware on offer for victors, meanwhile the Female tournament's prize pool has not yet been revealed.

The Main tournament will be composed of three stages: the main qualifier, group stage and playoffs. Taking place over three days, initially we will see the main qualifier take place, concluding in a round of eight decider. A total of four teams will make the cut for the ensuing group stage, joining four previously invited sides.
