Former PENTA and Sprout member Jesse "⁠zehN⁠" Linjala is not tied to any team at the moment, the player has announced on Twitter.

The Finnish player became a free agent last month after deciding against renewing his contract with HAVU to join another team, believed to be Red Reserve, for whom he acted as a stand-in the United Masters League in three encounters.

zehN explained on Twitter that some things "did not go as planned" with the new project and noted that he is ready to listen to offers from both European and North American teams.

zehN does not close the door on a move to North America

The 27-year-old is mostly known for his time with PENTA, who won the ESEA S24 Global Challenge and attended PLG Major Krakow after famously coming through the open qualifying stages.

After being released by PENTA, the team signed for Sprout, but zehN's time there was short lived as he found himself out of the squad after ELEAGUE Major Boston. He spent six months with HAVU, during which the Finnish team won several domestic tournaments and IESF World Championship 2018, in Taiwan.

zehn promising player? He is already 27 years old and has never gotten out of tier 3 cs. Has difficulties staying on rosters like Penta and Sprout which are his only international teams he has played for and has never been on the best Finnish team even. I don't know how much you can make money in tier3 teams, but I think it would be better for him to really reconsider his career choice and think about the future.

That comment is so wrong on so many levels. 1. He only plays FFA/CA in Quake which are the least competetive gamemodes in the series. 2. He plays on public servers against randoms. 3. He is from Australia/NZ making the pool of players even smaller and less skilled. QC has 1000 averge active players in the WORLD. QL has 300 active players. I would imagine that most of the players are from NA and EU/RUS leaving the rest of the world very little. Your comment is like saying that a Global Elite is comparable to pro players because he rapes in Silver matches. Don't get me wrong. He's decent at what he does and I enjoy his gaming peripheral reviews, but in no way can his skill be compared to a pro player.

I really like him as a player and would love to see more representation of players from Finland or Finnish teams in bigger tournaments. When compared to the other nordic countries, Finland isn't as big in the CSGO scene and I think it is because of a lack of exposure and opportunity.

I dont think this makes sense, he's good for EU level but to get chances in good international lineups (valiance, mouz, faze) u need to be pretty sick as they really need to compensate the communication with skill. He'd easily be pro league level in NA. I dont think there's any reliable source about him being toxic?

I dont care what you say, your clanbase 5n5 ladder 1500 best achievement also 7 years ago 1.6 . He didnt play imbagather ( never invited based to VIDI) because of him toxicity. Also his old teammates from MoD/XYSMA/ajuri have said thousand of times about him bad manner.. Obviously dont have 100 % clue (never played with him i only play imbagather) but i think there must be something true when people call same stuff in forums 2019..

Your biggest achievement was to be involved in imbagather or why you had to mention it twice in an argument which has nothing to do with it? Wanna tell me your nick? :) And what has my achievements to do with zehn's behaviour? You still cant get over some things that happened 7 years ago or so? We were all young and stupid back then, but the only reason why Finnish cs sucked so hard for 10 years and is still suffering is you and people like you. Literally the cancer of the scene. Caring more about reputation and making yourself look good and others bad than just focusing on the game and supporting others. If someone is not loving you like your mom you do your everything to make him look bad and talk shit about him online. I got my slice of that and I think most of the Finnish cs players did also. Ever heard of competition and being competitive-minded? Zehn is not toxic like most of the Finns who flame you for no reason. He might get upset if things are not going well but its never personal. He is just very competitive-minded and hates losing. Would like to see a day when Finnish cs players actually became supportive against each other and stopped all this nonsense drama.

I remember watching polish streamer Saju playing faceit against zehN, zehN was loosing and some players in his team had tech issues because of CS patch so game was cancelled, nothing would be wrong with it but they trashtalked like gg ez after cancelling lost game...
