STYKO to stand in for NoChance

Filling in the void left by David "⁠frozen⁠" Čerňanský's departure will be Martin "⁠STYKO⁠" Styk, who is set to stand in for NoChance at the upcoming Good Game League 2019 Qualifier in Warsaw.

The 23-year-old Slovakian was deemed surplus to requirements in MOUZ after the European mixture failed to make it out of the groups at the last Minor, with the result eventually leading to the whole roster being rehauled.

STYKO is back to action as a stand-in in NoChance

While he is still contracted to MOUZ, STYKO will soon be seen playing alongside Mikail "⁠Maikelele⁠" Bill and Jesse "⁠zehN⁠" Linjala in the orgless team NoChance. The squad is set to attend the Good Game League 2019 Qualifier 1 Warsaw, an eight-team event which will decide one participant at the ~$112,000 Good Game League 2019 Finals, on March 23-24.

For the event in Poland, NoChance will be using the following lineup:

Jesse "⁠zehN⁠" Linjala
Kevin "⁠kRYSTAL⁠" Amend
Žygimantas "⁠nukkye⁠" Chmieliauskas

Krystal is a below average Aimer and has no fancy tactics to create chances for his teams to win against big opponents compared to someone like steel who took all the thrown away NA players and made a solid team out of them who can beat anyone on a good day except Astralis 99/100 times

That seems like a bit of an exaggeration. The idea of replacing support players with star players and expecting better results is flawed and I think Mousesports realised that... but people overreacted to this and gave STYKO more praise than he deserves. The fact that they've removed him yet again suggests that he really isn't that "sick". He certainly isn't good enough to be on a top 10 team. Top 20 maybe.

Check his ratings... the first time he got kicked he was the lowest rated player, but in the major quals he was their 3° best while the two star players sunny and oskar were 4° and 5°.

Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný and Miikka "suNny" Kemppi were both in the initial plans for the new roster but were later cast aside by mousesports, who claim that the duo "did not share our vision for the new team." They dont want to play with this roster anymore it wasnt about one tournament
