It’s down to the final four in the King of the Game format at this year’s e-Stars Seoul.
The last round of the groupstage saw the Danes from mTw surprisingly crush WeMade FOX 24-6 on nuke. The Danes needed a win in order to advance, but that wasn’t enough, as they also needed fnatic to win their match against TyLoo. The Swedes pulled it through and helped their Danish friends to advance on beter round difference than TyLoo.
It did not look great for SK Gaming when playing k23. The Swedes faced an 18-12 defeat on dust2.
fnatic finish top of the group, with 10 points, generated from 3 wins, 1 tie and 1 loss. SK Gaming come in second with 9 points, followed by third place finisher WeMade FOX and mTw as the last team to advance.
The semi-finals will see first place finisher against fourth, and second against third. The playoffs are carried on in a best-of-three map single elimination bracket.
