NeiL_M to trial as coach for Grayhound

The former Imperial coach Neil "⁠NeiL_M⁠" Murphy has joined the Oceanic squad Grayhound on a trial basis, it has been announced.

NeiL_M was a part of the Imperial team that won Copenhagen Games 2018, featuring the likes of Rokas "⁠EspiranTo⁠" Milasauskas and Nemanja "⁠nexa⁠" Isaković, but has been without a stable home since the duo departed to Valiance.

The Irish coach will be bringing some fire to Grayhound in Sydney

After a short trial period in x-kom, NeiL_M has been handed a new opportunity, a trial in the leading team in Oceania, Grayhound. The 29-year-old revealed that he has been participating in practice matches with the team already, but will be debuting on LAN at IEM Sydney next week:

"I'll be heading to IEM Sydney this weekend with Grayhound! It will be on a trial basis to test if it fits both sides ingame & with our timezones. I've already been in scrims with them from home and the guys have been very welcoming! I will help mostly on mentality/preparation & bringing some new plays from EU mixed into their style.

+1 He's not a coach basically. He lets a lot of freedom to his players. The teams he coaches were fun to watch because very flashy. But this is basically what happens when there is just a motivationnal coach instead of a real tactician..
