yay set to join Bad News Bears

Former Complexity member Jaccob "⁠yay⁠" Whiteaker has agreed to link up with Bad News Bears, according to a report from Dust2.us.

The 20-year-old will start competing with the ESEA MDL side only after the ESL One Cologne closed qualifier, scheduled for May 10-11, as he remains committed to INTZ, standing in for the Brazilian team in absence of Marcelo "⁠chelo⁠" Cespedes, who is currently dealing with personal matters.

yay, who will be stepping into Skyler "⁠Relyks⁠" Weaver's shoes, was benched by Complexity in December 2018 after over a year with the team, making his final appearance at DreamHack Open Winter.

yay will replace Relyks on Bad News Bears

Until yay is available, Bad News Bears will field Austin "⁠crashies⁠" Roberts as a stand-in. The 21-year-old, who was the highest-rated player on Team Skadoodle at the recent ESEA Rank S Combine, in Las Vegas, already stood in for the team on Sunday, averaging a 1.26 rating in the 2-0 victories over Royal and Party Astronauts in Mythic Cup 2.

With yay's addition, Bad News Bears will have the following roster:
