Calyx to stand in for Windigo at DreamHack Masters Dallas

Due to Yanko "⁠blocker⁠" Panov's visa issues, Windigo will be fielding Buğra "⁠Calyx⁠" Arkın at DreamHack Masters Dallas.

The 20-year-old Turkish player stepped down from ex-Space Soldiers' active lineup in April, announcing that he is open to offers from European and North American teams.

Calyx's short stint with Windigo at DreamHack Masters Dallas will be his first venture outside of a Turkish team. His last official game was on April 14 when ex-Space Soldiers attended ESL Pro League Season 9 Europe.

Calyx will be filling blocker's boots

Windigo's recent offline performances left a great deal to be desired as they finished their ESL Pro League group in last place and couldn't advance to the playoffs at DreamHack Open Tours.

DreamHack Masters Dallas will take place on May 28-June 2 with 16 teams competing for the $250,000 prize pool. Windigo's first match at the event will be against FaZe.

Windigo by the other side are on a great evolution since last year and I would favor them 100% on aimduels vs FaZe. We a re in mid 2019, don't fool yourself please.
