RobbaN to exit SK - Report

rakaka.se suggests that Robert "RobbaN" Dahlström could be on his way out of SK Gaming...

Reports in Sweden on Sunday claim that Kristoffer "Tentpole" Nordlund had been released from SK Gaming after protesting months of unpaid wages to the Counter-Strike team.

And fresh speculation coming from rakaka.se indicate that Robert "RobbaN" Dahlström could join Nordlund out of the SK exit door.

Dahlström has been part of SK Gaming since January 2007, when he joined the team together with Abdisamad "SpawN" Mohamed and Christian "vilden" Lidström, and has been an influential piece since his arrival.

HLTV.org has been trying to reach the SK Gaming management for a statement, but without success, so stay tuned for all the latest developments concerning SK's Counter-Strike team.

Yeah I remember this match against mTw on nuke (he saved 2 rounds for SK on CT side), but to be honest dont remember more important matches when he played good last time... I always liked Zet before he left cs 1.6 for source he has been for me top 5 of world, but now he isn't the same player as before If I should replace someone it would be Zet, of course its only my opinion he still is amazing player, but there is many better atm.

Yeah, but unfortunately sk had to play more matchs than 1 to become the champion of any tournament, and that's where zet's low level strikes back and kick them in the guts.

zet has been the worst in SK yes. When he came back from source, @ dreamhack 2008 he did well, I remember that final against mTw, he won 1 on 4 situation twice. But after that event, hes basicly been doing terrible. If you look at the matches youll see him loosing every single duel, he just sits down like a bot and sprays and still dies and only manages to do some damage. When you play for SK you should be able to pick out enemies like the fnatic players or even previous Lemondogs players do. But zet is just not on the same level anymore.

You're sharing the opinion I have too. But I still believe that zet can be a decisive player in a match no matter time and place, as he did so many times, that's why I argue with those above me.

You say you belive that zet is still a good player and that he still is able to perform good enough for the SK team. This is where I disagree. If you watch some of his newer matches, you will see that he doesnt perform! You must know this. Im not talking about how he was before, cus then I can agree that he was good, but now.. Hes just not the same.

Just because Zet dominated mTw once ( I think you meen the WCG 08 finals )doesnt meen he a good player. Cs is at a such random level that one day can a player be a top of his game, and ofc at that level they will dominate, or another game when they do nothing. Thats just CS. And Zet is not good enough for the SK stadards. Huge mistake if they kick Robban aswell.

That's totally nonsense what you say there! It looks like you haven't really seen zet before, and I mean those WCG finals and more and even before he went to Source. i aggree with you. i wont say that zet have been playing bad, but maybe its just me. I have no doubt about that zet is the man they should switch. i think alot of people is blinded because of the name, instead of the skill. and robban is the most underrated player in the world of e sports.

take a chill pill? i would never kick walle. i think walle is the most IMPORTANT player in SK, but its my opinion that robban is the best player. Cause i think that robban is the most stable player and one of the best aimers. If walle is playing to his full potentioal. he is the best player, but lately walle have been very up and down PS: it would be very nice if you would come with some constructive critisisme, instead of just nerd raging:)

yes, i did! RobbaN was my one of the favourite players like SnajdaN. But RobbaN can not give good performance to SK Gaming and SK can not take good performance from RobbaN. i do not know, how old is RobbaN but he is not younger yet. And also look at the GeT_RiGhT`s performance. Incredible child & fresh blood [ like #32 proak`s idea ] RobbaN has not got dynamism.

Some solid changes huh, feels good to see them. Some new blood will get a chance to play internationally under SK's banner and Sweden has got quite a pool of that. No offense they are all great player; to be honest I was kinda bored with SK's line up, following them didn't gave a rush as much Lemondogs oops H2K was worth of.

we cant deny that SK team needs some changes...they are playing bad, they really need some fresh blood. with this I'm not saying that RobbaN and Tentpole are the best choices to that change, I would prefer that zet and allen left instead of them, but anyway, SK needs to change something if they want to get on top again..

RobbaN was the most consistent player in the team during this season. Moreover he was the only one who seemed to be motivated during interviews, and he never failed at any event. I hope he will find a good team, if these rumors are true.

I'm not sure. mYm had a problem cause kuben is a very importal player in team, he's a tactician and when he left team, they were playing very bad. Pionas couldn't replace Kubens role in team ;). Look at SK - their line-up is still changing: someone comes, someone leaves team ;). It's different situation than that with mYm :).

I think allen is the deserves to be the best player of SK at the moment as he has been solid and extremely consistent in the past year or so. Tentpole and RobbaN are almost on the same level and they are quite consistent as well. Walle can be a monster if he plays well on that day but very inconsistent otherwise. Then there's zet, a player that I loved as well but hes something like walle. He steps it up at times but inconsistent as well. I wish he hadn't gone to source <3 :(

1.walle & robban were both ingame leaders, one of them makes the strategies before the match or round starts and the other takes decisions in the middle of the round. RobbaN is the mvp 4 sk, you should learn to watch the match. Zet is the worst player actually in the team, he simply dont frag at all. They need a top aimer, they should put Neo in the team. walle, RobbaN, allen, tentpole and Neo top 1.

Loord has been much more consistent fragger lately, but it migth have someting to do with the different ingame roles,tasks...etc

I think zet is not out because he makes all the strats i would kick zet out of the team but i dont know what are these guys doing if robban and tentpole are out so i prefer spawn and snajdan to get in
