fnatic seeded first at WCG Sweden

It could not come as a surprise to anyone; fnatic is seeded first at the Swedish WCG qualifier.

The qualifier will begin tomorrow at 11:00CET with eight teams playing best-of-three maps single-elimination bracket. A total of sixteen teams are playing a pre-qualifier at DreamHack Stockholm tonight, the four best will receive slots for the qualifier tomorrow.

The entire qualifier will be played tomorrow, meaning at the end of Friday, we know which two teams will be going to WCG 2009 Grand Finals in Chengdu, China.

WCG Sweden timetable

11:00CET - Quarter-finals 1 & 2
14:00CET - Quarter-finals 3 & 4
17:30CET - Semi-finals
21:00CET - Grand Final

First place will as earlier mentioned be receiving autoberth to World Cyber Games Grand Final in China including paid travel expenses, hotel and player license fee, while second place will be receiving autoberth to World Cyber Games Grand Final in China, but not including paid travel expenses, or player license fee.

Auto berth means 'already qualified' or meaning that 2nd placed team will be given slot to play at WCG but will not be paid for expenses, they will have to pay for themselves if they want to go to China, while winner gets everything paid by qual orga.
